Currently both our Welshpool and Osborne Park branches remain open for standard trading hours, Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm. Our products can also be purchased online.
We appreciate that there are many unknowns during this time, however we want to assure you that we’re monitoring the situation closely, following government updates, and doing all we can to work and serve you in the safest possible way.
Currently our business is not required to close, however, this could change in the future if further shutdown stages are announced.
What we are doing
Our priority during these unprecedented times is to ensure the safety and well-being of our team members, customers, suppliers and local community. To this end, we have implemented extra measures including:
• Team members are required to wash and sanitise hands every time they enter and leave our stores and as frequently as possible throughout the day.
• Team members are required to thoroughly wash and sanitise their hands before and after contact with customer vehicles.
• We will sanitise customer vehicles at both drop off and pick up.
• Parkside team members have been directed to stay at home if they feel unwell.
• We are adhering to no handshakes & keeping to 1.5m social distancing.
• Wherever possible, we respectfully request that payments are made using electronic means rather than cash.
We will continue to monitor this situation as it evolves and take all necessary steps to ensure the safety and well-being of our team members, customers, suppliers and local community.
